This week in Preschool Class

Dear Parents,

Another week went by so fast at our school. we are having so much fun as we learn and explore our small group activities and centres.

Please be understanding of our pick up times and help us have smooth daily routines. Lunchtime pick ups (from 12:00-12:30)

Afternoon pick ups (from 3:00-3:30)

School is closed this Friday 1st of September for a muslim holiday( Eid Al Adaha).

Large Group

This week our large group focus was 'weather'. We continued to discuss what the weather is like everyday when we came to school. for the coming two weeks we will talk more about the weather as we also incopperat it with our exploration activities.

Small group

This week for our exploration, we had Literacy, Math,

Lightbox,science and library. We worked on exploring with different materials in each exploration areas.

Work time

The children enjoyed going to the diffrent work time centres. We had Art studio, cars and trucks,community, blocks, magnets and puzzles. Depending on the children interest we could change or modify the centre on their request.
