This week in Preschool
Dear Parents,
We crossed off another week from our calendar. The weather keep on surprising us and even get us confused as it changes every hour. It doesn't seem to bother the children as they have fun out side whether its sunny or rainy.
This week marks the end of another Ethiopian year! we are all so grateful for another year! Form all the staff at Little Einsteins we wish you a wonderful Ethiopian new year!! Its still 2010 here in Ethiopia
Large Group
This week our large group focus was 'weather'. We continued to discuss what the weather is like everyday when we came to school. for the coming two weeks we will talk more about the weather as we also incopperat it with our exploration activities.
Small group
This week for our exploration, we had Literacy, Math, Lightbox,science and library. We worked on exploring with different materials in each exploration areas.
Work time
The children enjoyed going to the diffrent work time centres. We had Art studio, cars and trucks,community, blocks, magnets and puzzles. Depending on the children interest we could change or modify the centre on their request.

Reminder
On Thursday please make sure your child wears old clothes and shoes for art.
we have library on Fridays, please return library folder on Friday so your child can choose another book.
School will be closed on Monday 11th of September for Ethiopian New Year.
Please be respectful of our pick up times and help us have smooth daily routines. Lunchtime pick ups (from 12:00-12:30) afternoon pick ups (from 3:00-3:30) if you have any questions feel free to contact us during school hours.
