Our week in Early preschool and Preschool

Dear parents!

We had amazing week in Early Preschool and Preschool. We hope yours was nice as well. We had a wonderful time on last Saturday at the art auction, which is one of our most beloved LE traditions. On behalf of the whole team, we want to sincerely thank each of you who attended for coming and sharing that beautiful night with us.

Large group

This week in our large group we sang the "Good morning" song as well as our student’s favorite song the "Freeze and dance " song. Then we went back to our message board where we took attendance, went through days of the week and talked about the weather. We also read a book called "You're a big brother" which is engaging book with a great message! The children loved it.

Small group

Music

In our music session we had a lots of fun. We explored different musical instruments like shakers, drums, guitars, and pianos. We also sang different songs including “The floor is lava", " Miss Polly had a doll”, " Hop little bunny" and "Ali Ba Ba farm".

Library

Our library session was wonderful. Our students were asking us questions while looking at the pictures in the book. Then they each excitedly chose one to take home.

Art

In our art session, our students went to the art studio and took their favorite paper and colors and drew different pictures.

Literacy

It was an exciting and productive week in literacy! During this session, we did Zoo phonics, where we saw the name, sounds and actions of the letters. Then our students took their favorite letter and showed us the name, the action and their sounds. It was a blast!
