How was your week? Our week was impressive. We had so much fun with the kids.
Large group
Circle time is such an exciting and integral part of our Pre-K classroom! It’s a time for gathering, sharing, and learning together. we singing songs with actions helps to energize the group! Popular choices include “ram sam sam" and "wash your hands" Movement helps develop fine and gross motor skills. Also Read a book together. And allow them to share their thoughts about the story. So, our circle time goes well and the kids really love it.
Math
In this week in our math we did Making bracelets by counting. making bracelets can be a fun and practical way to explore counting and basic math concepts! Counting Beads as they select beads to make a bracelet, count them as much as they can. This helps in understanding basic counting principles by integrating these math concepts into the craft of bracelet making, it can make learning more engaging and hands-on! And of course they were so excited!
Art
In this week in our art section we did cut and paste. The classroom creativity flows freely, and one of the best ways we express it is through cut and paste art! Cut and paste art involves using scissors to cut out various shapes then gluing them onto a paper by using tissue paper to create unique works of art. Cut and paste art is an enriching experience that fosters creativity, fine motor skills, and cognitive development in our kids. As they engage in these fun and interactive activities, they express themselves and learn valuable skills.
Science
In our science we did ice melt experiments! These activities are perfect for our curious minds in Pre-K. We will explore how ice melts in different conditions, using our senses to observe and learn also ready for some hands-on fun! What we use is ice, Sault and brush.an we put the ice cube in tray sprinkle a teaspoon of salt on top of the ice cube and brush it and see the ice melting. These ice melt experiments are not only fun, but they also encourage critical thinking. kids will predict and observe changes. And through this process they were so surprised and excited.

Every Wednesday is our art day so please send your child with art-appropriate clothing.
Every Thursday is our library day, so we will be sending a book that your child picked from our library, which will be returned after a week on library day.
