This Week in The Infants and Toddlers Class

Dear parents, We had wonderful weeks!

Large group

Our large group was fun and lovely. Before we start our large group we exercised which made everyone calm and they all sat on their pillows, after that we sang 'Good morning’ and ‘Miss poli had a dolly' and 'The wheels on the bus' , then we worked on our attendance, when we do our attendance, if they are here in the class they will walk and stick their pictures under the happy face , and we read a book titled ‘Bed time'.

Music and movement

On our music class first we sang some song while we were sitting, after that we stood up  and we started to dance.

Literacy and language

On literacy and language session we washed some materials. First, we discussed about which material we wash and how to wash the materials then we collected on the tubs after that we went outside and we prepared the water and the soap on the tub and we started to wash with sponge. They were happy to do the activity and they were helping each other.

Art

On our art class we did ice panting on papers. The kids chose the colored ice and paint on white paper.

Science

On science class we went outside, and we collected the natural things like colored flowers and leaves then we put on the paper plate after that we went back to our class, and we stick everything on a paper. All our children were engaged on this activity.

Library

On our library class the children choose their own book and read it by themself, when it was about time to clean up, we all sat together for a couple minutes and read Clifford animals sound book.

Gymnastic

On our gymnastic class first, we started by warming up by doing different moves like stretching and walking on the knees then we had rolling activity.

 Math

On the math section we made color sorting activity where we used colorful balls and baskets. Before we started the activity, we discussed about the color and the materials and how they can sort the balls based on the colors.

Friday:- Math

Reminder

• Every Wednesday is art day, so places send your child with art appropriate clothing.

• Every Thursday is library day,  so we will be sending a book that your child picked from our library, which will be returned after a week ln library day.
